Cost: R1100

A full-day creative workshop exploring mark making, journalling and expressive lettering.
Every creative journey begins with a single mark.
Long before there are letters, paintings or finished pages, there is curiosity. A line made with a stick. The texture of a leaf. Ink flowing across paper. An unexpected pattern that asks to be explored.
Wild Marks is a full-day creative practice designed to help you reconnect with the joy of making. Working with found natural objects, handmade tools and traditional calligraphy equipment, we’ll explore how simple marks can become the starting point for journals, artist’s books, lettering and personal creative expression.
This is not about producing perfect artwork.
It is about slowing down, noticing, experimenting and giving yourself permission to play.
Whether you’ve always wanted to keep a journal, develop your artistic voice or simply spend a day immersed in creativity, this workshop will give you practical techniques and renewed confidence to continue your own creative practice.
