EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS
Exchanges or refunds for items purchased exclude all classes & workshops. No refund or exchange is available if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange: within the 30 day period
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging;
2. We require a receipt or proof of purchase;
3. We require a top-up for shipping and handling fee;
4. If the item you are exchanging for is not of the same monetary value (regular price), there will be no refund for a new item that is of a lower monetary value (regular price).
5. If the item you are exchanging for is of a higher monetary value (regular price), you will be required to top up the necessary including new shipping fee before we can complete the exchange process. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for the exchange. If approved, then we will proceed to pack and mail your new item for the exchange. If the request is rejected, we require a top-up for shipping and handling to return the item. item
1. We check all items before shipping, and only replace purchased items if we packed the wrong item in your order. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 774, Cape Town 8000.
2. If any item you ordered is out of stock, we will send an email to notify you that you have the option to replace it with another item (additional costs may apply), or choose a refund. If you choose a refund, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as reasonably possible depending on your credit card bank or provider.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Regardless of whether the purchase is a gift or not, any refund will be sent to the payee and not necessarily the recipient.
To return your item for an exchange, you should mail your product to: PO Box 774, Cape Town 8000.
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
